Chinas administration of Industry and Commerce issued a draft refund^{1 policy for online shopping on Wednesday. The policy was issued to solicit2 public opinion.}

工商总局周三（9月27日）发布网上购物退货方法草案，向社会公开征求建议。

The draft lays out that customers can refund products purchased online within seven days. The customer can return products without giving reason and they must be responsible for the return shipping^{3 fee.}

草案规定，买家网上购物产品七天之内可以无理由退货，但要承担退货运费。

此次七天无理由退货方法涉及的不止是互联网购物（online shopping），经营者使用电视、电话、邮购等方法销售产品（TV shopping, telephone shopping and postal^{4 shopping），也参照本方法实行。}
